*The Community Impact Grant Program - Round 1 had unprecedented levels of interest and success, with 44 successful applicants allocated $241,549 of the $300,000 budget. We strongly encourage applicants to keep in mind the limited remaining budget ($58,451) when applying.

  • If you have applied for a Community Impact or Tourism Event grant before with the City of Ballarat, your organisation is ineligible to apply for any further grants until the acquittal for any current projects is finalised and approved by the City of Ballarat. If you need more information or would like to confirm, please contact the Customer Service Team during business hours on 5320 5500.
  • For Community Impact Grant recipients, please remember that it is a requirement to provide itemised paid tax receipts for all goods / services at the end of your project.
